• Lead, support, and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly loan targets.
• Develop strategies and business plans to drive loan submissions and approvals.
• Train new consultants on client engagement, sales closing, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary school
• Sales or telesales experience preferred
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Train new team members on sales techniques, client communication, and loan application processes.
• Call and engage potential clients to introduce loan services and assess eligibility.
• Guide clients through the full loan process - from application to approval - ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support team members in closing deals and overcoming client objections.
• Develop sales strategies to increase loan applications and agency revenue.
• Monitor team performance, maintain records, and report results to management.
• Maintain professionalism and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
