s: Checking and preparing on Hire Purchase documentation before proceeding with loan activation. Retrieving mails & all related loan documentation from centralised mailing room. Sending loan agreement for stamping. Mailing of agreements to hirer/ guarantor. Calling/ recording on returned mail. Activation of Hire Purchase application in HPBS system. Custodian of security documents & registration card. To ensure confidentiality of all protected information. Take on additional tasks as at when assigned. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma or equivalent and above in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent. At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in Hire Purchase is required for this position. Good commands in English, Bahasa Malaysia and knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage. Banking experience or call centre experience will be an advantage. Good interpersonal skills. Applicant must possess a valid driving licensed and willing to travel.
