Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Application Review & Verification - Verify all documents, and ensure completeness with all requirements before submission.

2. Communication - Liaise with teams to collect any required documents.

3. Credit & Risk Assessment - Ensure completeness of creditworthiness and compliance.

4. Data Entry & Documentation - Accurately input loan details into the system and maintain proper records.

5. Compliance & Policy Adherence - Ensure all submissions meet internal policies and fraud prevention measures.

6. Stakeholders Coordination and Support - Work closely with all parties to facilitate smooth processing.

7. Approval Processing and Monitoring - Follow up on pending cases until approval completes. Escalate issues where necessary.

8. Customer Support & Issue Resolution - Address borrower inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

9. Process Improvement - Suggest enhancements to streamline processes and improve turnaround time.

Required Skills:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.

2. Previous working experience in any financial institution, Koperasi or related work is preferred.

3. Microsoft Excel experience is essential.

4. Required language(s): Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English

5. Individual with good communication skills, detail oriented, hardworking and can work under minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
