The Loans Executive is responsible for assisting customers with COE renewal, loan applications, and providing paperwork support for vehicle transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage good relationships with prospective and existing customers and dealers
- Understand clients\' needs and present offers and deals to them over the phone, and provide advice on available solutions
- Manage and follow through the entire sales process
- Update sales activities and call numbers for weekly meetings
- Address client\'s enquiries within the same day
- Prepare required documentation for loan application
- Handle credit card terminal for instalment payment
- Proficient in English
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Outspoken and cheerful
- Strong end-to-end selling skills including needs assessments, follow up, objection handling and closing deal
- Committed to fulfilling sales target set by the company
- Superior negotiation and customer service skills are advantageous
