Your assignment You support delivery of a fantastic customer experience and support store\'s sustainable growth by securing market insights and a local marketing plan that drives visitation, builds IKEA Family/ Sm les loyalty and increases IKEA market share in Primary Market Area. You support the store\'s positioning as a company that cares for People and the Planet and is a Good Neighbour to the community we operate in. You support HR to project the IKEA store as a Great Place to Work through Employer branding activities - internally as well as externally. You support Store Management Team to communicate in ways that inspire and clarify, spotting risks and opportunities communication and providing expertise and counsel. You strive to secure effective internal communication and co-worker engagement - creating togetherness and enthusiasm in the store. You lead the work to create, implement and evaluate all local marketing activities in store, as well as managing omnichannel marketing strategy, i.e. creating short video clips, social media engagement and customer journey mapping. You deliver local communication support during operational or reputational crisis situations, working with matrix with Service Office Corporate Communication & Marketing and your management team to deliver aligned internal communication. You support the store team and secure implementation of the Ikano Charity policy by building long-term relationships with government agencies, NGOs or other partners and leading execution of social and environmental initiatives that benefit the local community. Qualification Understanding & affinity for IKEA vision and values, curious about consumers, markets and trends Interest in developing the IKEA Brand and business through people Working in a fast-paced retail environment, exceeding team and personal goals Enthusiastic and motivated to engage the co-worker and bring out the best in them to embrace sustainability within the organisation Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal ability to create and present communication insights which are clear, focused and easily usable Strategic and creative thinking skills - able to think \'out of the box\' and challenge common ways of thinking Possess strong multi-tasking & project management skills from digital marketing background will be an added advantage.
