Overview

Local Trial Manager

Location: Malaysia

As a Local Clinical Trial Manager you will be joining the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage the conduct of clinical trials from start-up to closeout in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulations
• Ensure effective study risk management for assigned countries in the region
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and on budget execution of clinical trial deliverables
• Leadership of a matrix team to ensure delivery of country and site level study activities in alignment with the global study project plan
• Responsibility for study TMF completeness, quality and inspection readiness

Qualifications

You are:

• Previous clinical trial oversight/ leadership experience within CRO or pharmaceutical industry is essential
• You are confident working autonomously to ensure delivery of expectations
• Must have great interpersonal skills and be a good team player
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Good multitasking, time management and prioritisation skills
• Demonstrate professionalism, commitment and passion
