Obtain specimens, conduct tests, and report results promptly, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency in the use of all instruments and analyzers relevant to the specific specialty, as well as competence in other manual laboratory techniques.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers, conducting regular checks to ensure proper functioning, cleanliness, and taking necessary action to address any faults.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance systems, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective laboratory services to the hospital.
Execute any assigned tasks from management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting, with proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures.
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and quality control principles.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately perform tests and interpret results.
Familiarity with laboratory information systems and computer proficiency.
