Job Summary:

The Logistics Assistant plays a key role in supporting logistics operations, with a particular focus on managing third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse activities. This includes coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external 3PL providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations with 3PL warehouse partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company standards. Track inventory levels at 3PL warehouses and reconcile discrepancies. Assist in managing returns, damaged goods, and stock adjustments with 3PL providers. Maintain and update logistics databases and systems (e.g., WMS, SAP). Liaise with internal departments (e.g., procurement, customer service) to align logistics activities with business needs. Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and delivery timelines. Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics processes.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience working with 3PL providers or in warehouse operations is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of 3PL contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs). Experience in KPI tracking and performance analysis for warehouse operations. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
