ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND AUTHORITIES



KRIS KAWALRAPI SDN.BHD (KKSB) is a licensed security company with an authorization permit issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

1. Assist in the implementation of all policies, activities, procedures, instructions of Kris Kawalrapi Sdn Bhd, in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and relevant Acts.

2. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.

3. Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively.

4. Utilize the logistics system to optimize procedures.

5. Supervise orders and arrange to the stock of raw materials and equipment.

6. To ensure company vehicles in good maintenance and documented.

7. Keep logs and records of stock and executed orders.

8. Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

9. Plan storage and distribution centres for efficiency in both operations and capacity.

10. Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.

11. Execute a logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.

12. Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.

13. Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.

14. Able to work under ISO 9001:2015 procedures.

15. Any other ad-hoc assignments/task as and when required

16. Experience in the security industry will be added advantage

Salary ( RM2000-2400)



Working hours

8.30 am - 6.30 pm plus overtime Mon-Fri
Requirements

1) At least diploma holder. SPM leaver with vast & proven experiences in clerical maybe considered.

2) Able to speak write in Bahasa Malaysia, English

Male preferred



4) Excellent in Microsoft Word & Excel

5) Have driving license

6)
