Job Position: Logistic and Warehouse Assistant

Salary Up To RM5000

Location: Jasin Melaka

s:

• Weighing bridge management for incoming and outgoing materials.
• To make proper weighing recording of products or materials packed or mixed.
• To assist and ensure all the incoming and outgoing goods are properly stored and recorded and updated in the ERP System.
• To make sure finished products loading and logistics arrangement as per sales department request.
• To monitor and control finished products physical inventory are tally with ERP system.
• Ensure inventory is identified with the location information and shelved in the proper location. Product location information is submitted to receiving as available inventory.
• Performing periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory and data integrity.
• Inspects products and tags all freight by date received for date-sensitive product, item number, expiration date (if any) and description; signs for product received; and completes receiving paperwork.
• To manage waste and reject goods according to the types, correct location and the activities through proper tracking record and scheduling.
• To monitor and ensure accuracy of the receiving, checking and loading of stock according to packing list or receiving note.
• Incharge of finished products warehouse arrangement.
• Maintain proper document flow for stock IN / OUT.
• To assist in lead, guide, supervise and oversee the department in daily warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and relevant existing authorities and new procedure / policies from time to time.
• Perform other duties as assigned as and when necessary.

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Possess minimum 2 years experiences in logistics and warehouse management.
• Possess forklift licence an advantage.
• Preferable computer literate and ERP system knowledge an advantage.
• A responsible and team player.
• Willing to work on rotation 3 shifts.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details.
• High integrity and reliable.
• Meticulous and able to work independently.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadline efficiently.
