Job Scope for Logistic Assistant ( IT Company)

Responsible to manage the self-collection counter Handle daily activities of cash collection, credit card and cheque payment Update daily logistic arrangement in Logistic management system Verify and scan the proof of delivery which returned to warehouse Match the delivery order with invoice and segregate according to delivery mode Perform any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

SPM and above Prior working experience in customer service role will be added advantage Able to communicate well in Malay and English Familiar with Microsoft office & basic networking will be added advantages Attention to details, organized and ability to handle complaints Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, PJ. Must possess own transport.
