Location : Bangsar South, KL :

Manage ASEAN inbound and outbound shipments.
Keep tract of shipments coming in from China, US, India and Europe
Coordinate with 3PL/4PL (external logistics service provider) FFD (Freight Forwarders) and other stakeholders freight booking and delivery.
Coordinate with Freight forwarders or insurance provider for damage claim
Raise payment request for freight vendors
Work with customs brokers for import clearance
Follow up with freight forwarders for FORM E and Certificate of Origin
Maintain and update shipment transit file
Monthly spend consolidation from all Freight vendors
Assisting to raise PR for Freight payment
Other job assigned by the supervisor

Requirements :

Experience in logistic industry
Good communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 had to work with various team such as buyers, 3PL/4PL, Freight forwarder, customs broker, finance team, customer service and etc.
Knowledge in Air Freight and Ocean Freight booking
Knowledge in Incoterms
Excel and emails writing
Experience in SAP will be added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
