\xef\x81\xacMakes daily confirmation calls for next day designated pick up.
\xef\x81\xacPlan and route trucks by anaylzing all aspects to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transportation.
\xef\x81\xacOn standby to assist drivers and to help problem solve.
\xef\x81\xacCommunicate delivery schecule with list of items to all customer daily.
\xef\x81\xacResolve problems concerning transportation and customer issues.
\xef\x81\xacPlan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
\xef\x81\xacPerform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
\xef\x81\xacCoordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative.
\xef\x81\xacIdentify best cost-effective procedure of transportation.
\xef\x81\xacClosely communicate among indoor & outdoor sales and client to ensure smooth delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
\xef\x81\xac21-35 years old, preferably female.
\xef\x81\xacMust possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or other equivalent.
\xef\x81\xacAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
\xef\x81\xacExperience in handling shipping and logistic documentation or coordination will be a plus.
\xef\x81\xacComputer literate in Microsoft Office.
\xef\x81\xacGood command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
\xef\x81\xacSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, good interpesonal and communication skills.
\xef\x81\xacAble to work independently.
\xef\x81\xacFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
\xef\x81\xacAble to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.
