Prepare, verify, and file shipping and delivery documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, delivery orders).
Maintain accurate records in logistics systems or ERP software.
Track and update shipment and inventory data regularly.
Shipment Coordination
Assist in scheduling and tracking domestic/international shipments.
Communicate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments for order status and delivery updates.
Administrative Support
Assist in filing, organizing logistics records, and maintaining departmental documents.
Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping administration (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
