Job Scope for Logistic Assistant - IT Company
Preparing and verifying
invoices
to ensure accuracy and compliance. Aiding in thesorting and organization
of deliveries for efficient distribution. Accuratelyentering and maintaining delivery data
within the central database. Serving and assistingself-collection customers
, managing inquiries and ensuring a smooth pickup experience.Requirements:
SPM and above Prior working experience in customer service role will be added advantage Able to communicate well in Malay and English Familiar with Microsoft office & basic networking will be added advantages Attention to details, organized and ability to handle complaints Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, PJ. Must possess own transport.
