Prepare and process logistics documents such as DO, invoice, packing list, PO, and shipping instructions
Prepare delivery schedules and monitor shipment status. Follow up on delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies
Coordinate with warehouse on stock availability and shipment readiness
Communicate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouses
Follow company logistics SOPs and safety guidelines. Assist in improving logistics processes and efficiency.
Coordinate logistics and import-export activities. This includes monitoring shipment statuses, ensuring on-time delivery between bonded zones, and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) companies.
Check HS code via Tariff finder and handle C1 form (tax exemption) application.
Handle online import-export E-Permit and Certificate of Origin application (E-Dagang , Maqis, kpdnkk, DVS, Alam Sekitar and etc.).
Handle import-export shipments and liaise with Third Party Forwarder Agent (Letter Authorization / K1 Form)
Follow up with Oversea/Local supplier to get the shipping documents details (Notice of Arrival - NOA)
Execute any other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate preferred possess with a Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and any other related field.
Minimum 1 years and above of working experience in Supply Chain & Logistic / Purchasing / Material Warehouse Management and others.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks, good in time management and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
Good in written and communication in English, Malay & Chinese.
Able to work Independently, Initiative, Good Communication skills, Resourceful and Passionate.
