About the Role:
Coordinating transportation of goods ensuring the smooth flow for logistic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing shipping and receiving documents.
- Coordinating with carriers and scheduling shipments.
- Maintaining organized records of shipments and communications.
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Resolving shipping and delivery issues.
- Liaising with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills like ability to manage and prioritize tasks, maintain records, and handle paperwork effectively.
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues, vendors, and other departments.
- Great attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and following procedures is crucial.
- Prior experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field can be an advantage,

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
