Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth delivery processes.
Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs forms, etc.).
Track and update shipment status, resolve delivery or transportation issues.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipment, and warehouse activities.
Plan and optimize routes to reduce cost and improve delivery efficiency.
Communicate with warehouse teams to manage goods in/out and stock accuracy.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.
Support import/export activities and documentation if applicable.
Generate logistics performance reports and suggest process improvements.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Min 5 years experience in logistics.
Strong knowledge of transportation and inventory management systems.
Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/logistics software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
