Job Description

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (SPM with experience also considered). 1-2 years of experience in logistics, construction, or port-related operations. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of construction materials and equipment is an advantage. Possess a valid Driving License (Class D). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor project environment. Willing to work overtime or weekends when needed by project schedule.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery and movement of construction materials, machinery, and equipment to/from the port project site. Track and update material flow, stock levels, and delivery schedules. Prepare and manage logistics documents such as delivery orders, material requisitions, and transport forms. Communicate with suppliers, truck drivers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure proper handling of materials Assist with planning and scheduling daily logistics activities based on project needs. Maintain records of inventory, equipment usage, and daily logistics reports. Ensure compliance with site safety rules and transport regulations.
