Job Description


s:

  • Plan, prepare and follow up shipments dispatch/receive all necessary documentations/activities accurately and timely at all time.
  • Prepare shipping documents accordingly eg. commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of landing, etc as per local/international trade regulation requirements.
  • Identify and resolve day to day logistics/EHS matters accordingly.
  • Look into ways to reduce/control operations cost at all times.
  • Monitor and provide feedback / assess services provided performance accordingly eg. quality of service, pricing, etc for continual improvement.
  • Prepare and update report on work progress, shipment, expenditure, etc for management review accordingly.
  • Perform good warehouse management at all time eg. inventory, stock arrangement etc. as required.
  • Drive, monitor and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve on processes, system and method.
  • To assist in customer visit/machineries viewing accordingly.
  • Practice good/ up-to-date filing system for easy documents retrieval.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Upkeep good housekeeping practice 5S Concept and safety and at all time.
  • To carry out ad-hoc assignment/project accordingly.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess car driving license and able to work in Hicom-Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
  • Preferably candidate with minimum 2 years related work experience in export logistics or a similar role, preferably in an international business environment and factory store / warehouse.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export compliance regulations is highly desirable.
  • Physically fit and healthy with SPM / STPM / and above.
  • Able to read and understand English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must able to speak Mandarin fluently due to nature of business.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experienced in mechanical / engineering or associated work will be an advantaged.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Malaysian citizen only.
