Job Responsibility Order Verification: Confirm that the items in the order match the packing list. Labeling: Affix labels accurately, ensuring correct information and placement. Quality Check: Inspect items for any damages or defects before packing. Packing: Follow standardized methods for packing items securely and efficiently. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including invoices and shipping labels. Sealing: Securely seal packages to prevent damage during transit. Weight Verification: Ensure each package meets weight specifications. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records for traceability and quality control. Final Inspection: Conduct a final check to verify accuracy and completeness. Dispatch: Hand over packed orders to the designated carrier for shipping. Job Requirements Accurate and meticulous in labeling and packing tasks. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently. Capable of handling physical aspects of packing and lifting.
