We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Order Management Specialist
to handle end-to-end customer order processing -- from order receipt to delivery. The ideal candidate is experienced in SAP and capable of working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Coordination
Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Handle order amendments, cancellations, rush orders, and disputes to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Billing & Invoicing
Generate and issue invoices in compliance with agreed billing terms.
Follow up with customers on payment status and resolve billing discrepancies.
Review and validate Letters of Credit (LCs) for accuracy and compliance.
Customer Support & Query Management
Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and logistics.
Conduct customer feedback surveys to measure satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
Maintain and update customer master data, pricing records, and documentation.
Inventory & Supply Coordination
Work closely with the supply team to monitor inventory levels and ensure order accuracy.
Compliance & Month-End Activities
Liaise with Indirect Tax, Legal, and Trade Compliance teams to resolve trade-related issues.
Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Proficiency in
SAP
(SD/MM/Logistics modules preferred).
Willing to work shifts, standby hours, and handle urgent tasks when needed.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade compliance is an advantage.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
