Work Location: Cyberjaya Working Hours: Shift basis included weekend/PH (morning shift 07:00am-4:00pm), (noon shift 2:00pm-11:00pm), (night shift 10:00pm - 07:00am) - weekly rotation depends on operation requirement Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: RM 3,000 + Shift Allowance RM 550

Responsibilities:

Answering calls and represents a professional customer-focused image of company to the public and to resolve customer enquiries during the first contact with the customer (live resolution). To handle a range of first line customer enquiries via calls or emails within the agreed processes and ways of working and also being a primary contact point for the stakeholders. To take ownership for the end-to-end customer enquiry which may require engaging other partners across the supply chain. Pro-actively keeping key customers informed throughout the contact management process on any amendments to the delivery. Manage all post-scheduling activities to the shift such as Left on board, plant/depot change, load quantity changes, compartment changes, trip sequence change, vehicle change, orders scheduled not delivered and communicate it with the relevant stakeholders. Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes, and liaise with scheduling team where appropriate.

Skills & Requirements:

Graduates with Bachelor Degree in related field. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service, ideally in a B2B or industrial context. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in using customer service platforms, email, and scheduling tools. Flexibility to work in shifts, if applicable.
