Job Responsibilities
Monitor customers shipments status and provide of excellence customer services at all time.
Provide immediate support to Team Leader, Manager and Management.
Handle all telephone enquiries for sea freight.
Provide sales support to new and existing customer accounts by interfacing with the customers in the areas of order processing, client onboarding, credit and billing process etc.
Prepare invoice to customers and follow up with payment status.
Follow-up of shipment status with East Malaysia or other relevant local Offices for customers to ensure prompt arrival of shipment.
Co-ordinate with Warehouse and Logistics Department on the booking, pickup and delivery of cargo for sea freight.
Build positive rapport and relationships both internally with colleagues and externally with clients, prospects and vendors (delivery drivers).
Must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferably).
Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by managers and/or management.
Requirements
Only FEMALE candidates considered.
Possess High School Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
Those with experience in logistics field will be an advantage.
Preferred applicants/candidates who lives in Port Klang/Klang or Shah Alam areas.

Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

Customer Care Specialist: 2 years (Preferred)
