Job Description

Manage daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipment and delivery scheduling. Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance. Monitor stock movement, inventory accuracy, and cold chain compliance. Control logistics cost and improve operational efficiency. Prepare shipment and logistics performance reports.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 3 years relevant experience (preferably in frozen food/FMCG). Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.

Mandarin speaker preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers ).

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
