At least a Diploma in related field.
Minimum 1 year working experience with trading company will be an advantage.
Familiar in supply chain process.
Good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Resourcefulness with good time management skills.
High integrity and reliable. Able to work with minimum supervision.
Required languages(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Required skills : Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
1. To handle products and others utilities deliveries arrangement.
2. To liaise with sales personnel on delivery details and arrangement.
3. To liaise with transporter on transport and delivery arrangement.
4. To update on "On Time Delivery" reports data entry.
5. To update actual transportation cost in account reports.
6. To check transport's monthly statement of account.
7. To update products delivery date and quantity delivered in production status file (Planning).
8. Others as deemed necessary by the management.
