AL Maritime is a business unit within GM&T (Global Markets & Technologies). The activity is articulated around four main businesses: Global Helium, Global Rare Gases, Offshore Energies and Maritime Cryogenic Supply. It is a very international environment, managing multiple locations worldwide.As part of AL Maritime, Cryogenic Tank Services (CTS) is a Malaysian entity which was acquired in 2015. CTS specializes in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for the offshore and maritime industries as well as in cryogenic transport of molecules, and provides a full range of repair and testing services.CTS is looking to accelerate its expansion through key development segments. The LOGISTICS INTERNSHIP position is within CTS, based in Kuala Lumpur and the key missions will be to assist on the transportation, and inventory control.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?To facilitate the process of shipping documents and delivery arrangements for internal records.Update the assets movement to support Power BI.To prepare shipping documents for example : Bill of lading, Invoice & Packing List, Dangerous Good Form for booking, Certificate of Conformity & DO, Portal & etcOpportunity to assist with local deliveries arrangement and new shipment.Are you a MATCH?Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.A positive approach and willingness to learn coupled with the ability to work in a team environmentProficient in Google suite applications include Gmail, Sheets, and Docs.Must be enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Business, Supply chain or similar discipline preferred.Third or fourth year students preferred.Minimum CGPA of 2.8About Air LiquideA world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, Air Liquide is present in 78 countries with approximately 64,500 employees and serves more than 3.8 million customers and patients.
