• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
• Strong Mandarin written/communication skills; basic Bahasa Malaysia and English communication.
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials
• Ensure smooth and efficient transportation processes.
• Track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.
• Support the operations manager with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product locations.
• Assist and liaise with forwarder for export or import shipment customs clearance.
• To prepare all related documents for the purpose of export or import.
• Handling Local & Oversea shipment including the documentation & schedule follow up.
• Proper custom declaration on import & export goods.
• Have good knowledge and understanding of customs declaration procedures, tariff codes and shipping documents (MBLs, HBLs, BLs K1, K1A, K2, K3, K4, K8), tariff codes and customs declarations.
• Knowledge Customs and Port authority requirement (K1- 9), ZB1 & ZB2, COO & FTA and HS codes .
• To ensure complete receipt of documents prior to custom declaration.
