Job Description

Major Responsibilities:1. To assist GM/AGM oversee and managing Logistics Dept including Warehousing & Trucking division.2. To assist salespersons prepare quotations, securing new customers, servicing existing customers, attending to customer\'s requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction3. Requisition and negotiation of charges/rates from Warehouse and Transport operators and sub-contractors4. Conduct regular stock or inventory check, report and plan/monitor Inbound and Outbound shipments5. Coordinate & provide seamless information feedback to/from our Customer Service and Operation Staff on any special arrangement requested by/offered to customers to ensure smooth & excellent service.6. Respond to any issues or complaints and strive for continuous improvements7. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets8. Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, compliance,and ISO requirements9. To assist AGM/GM in achieving the company goals and objectiveRequirements :1. Secondary Education / Diploma / Degree holders in Marketing / Mass Communications / Business Administration / Transport with a minimum of 10 years\' experience in the forwarding industry.2. Ability to write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia3. Must be computer literate (MS Word & Excel)4. Pleasant personality with good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills and the ability to work closely with all internal departments5. Diligent, skillful, and able to work closely with all internal departments6 Able to lead a team and have strong leadership qualities with motivational skills.7 Possess own transport and valid license and able to travel extensively8 35 years and above
