Responsibilities:
To prepare and plan goods delivery as per Consignment Notes.
To confirm with customer before arranging the goods delivery.
To co-ordinate with courier service and transporter.
To continuously improve in the document to reduce discrepancies and cost.
To handle packing, prepare the shipping document (invoice, packing list) and other related matters.
To ensure work methods to achieve cost effectiveness/productivity.
To prepare monthly shipment reporting.
To prepare, organizing and maintaining files and records.
To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM. Preferable 2 years working experience in related industry.
Strong delivery background with good communication.
Computer literate and able to work independently.
