DescriptionResponsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management of day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of chemical products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and safe startup process.
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of warehouse personnel.
• Effectively communicate organizational goals and objectives to the team.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to chemical warehousing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and resolve any compliance issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor systems / SOP for the proper handling and storage of chemical.
