Job Description

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are preferred.
• Fresh graduate / Proven experience as a Printer Technician or in a similar role.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex printer-related issues.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for finding innovative solutions
• Able to read and write in English
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Added advantage if has Class 3 driving license
• Must be able to travel between Singapore and Malaysia daily with your own transport
• Must be able to work Overtime during peak period
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.30pm

PREFFERED SKILLS:

• Familiarity with Fuji printers
• Experience in the printing industry with a focus on advanced printer maintenance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support order fulfilment, printing, picking, packing of goods for deliveries to customers
• Ensure good quality and condition of all products, in compliance with the standards set by the Company
• Assist in the loading and unloading of goods onto vehicles for delivery
• Support checking and clearing of goods/shipments received
• Optimize warehouse space and help to upkeep general cleanliness of warehouse
• Conduct routine stock-taking and inventory management
• Assist in delivery order if required and any additional ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
• Operate digital printing machines
• Prepare machines for printing
• Load the ink and paper, and adjust the press to the paper size
• kept the machine in good working order through preventative maintenance
• Maintained and achieved deadlines within a fast paced, high stress environment
