Job Vacancy: Logistic & Supply Chain Manager

Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and ensure on-time delivery Oversee local and international logistics including import & export documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize slow-moving or obsolete stock Manage and negotiate with suppliers, forwarders, transporters, and vendors Lead, train, and supervise logistics and warehouse teams to ensure operational excellence Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO/5S standards, and relevant regulatory requirements Prepare reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and supply chain KPIs Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, and Finance teams for demand planning and forecasting

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum

5 years of relevant working experience

, preferably in

manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain planning, inventory control, and import/export procedures Experience managing warehouse and logistics teams Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Able to work independently and under pressure

Based in or willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Remarks:

Working Hour : 08.30am - 05.00pm Working Days : Monday - Friday Saturday : Off day Sunday : Rest Day Lunch provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
