Human by nature.Logistic Support - Your future position?As the Logistic Support , you will manage import/export documentation, shipment clearances, and transport arrangements. Besides, you will also support audits, document classification, and coordinate logistics, including DG handling. You will be reporting to Logistics Manager while based in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:Monitor import shipment clearance, complete documentation, and ensure timely submission.Prepare documentation for HS Code classification challenges with MY Custom.Handle shipping administrative tasks: update reports, validate invoices, and maintain records.Organize hardcopy documents for duty drawback processes.File and maintain documents for audits and update team boards.Assist in creating SOPs, OPLs, and workflows for new warehouses after manager review.Upload and update audit closure evidence.Execute daily logistics activities, including managing export and import documentation and obtaining necessary permits.Plan and arrange transportation to meet delivery deadlines, and monitor shipping arrangements.Oversee customer and affiliate orders, and arrange shipment bookings.Coordinate with the Warehouse team for handling Dangerous Goods (DG) and non-Dangerous Goods (non-DG) shipments.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
