Job Description

Position Summary : Maintain many of the same clerical responsibilities as store supervisor, keeping track of inventory, overseeing shipments and deliveries and keeping warehouse organized. Manage any administrative and clerical details necessary to keep the warehouse running smoothly and keeping proper records of all stock movements. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Record and track all inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses. 2. Uses WMS (Warehouse Management Software) programs to monitor and control inventory and balance accounts. 3. Orders and restocks office supplies. 4. Receive and process warehouse stock items (pick, unload, label, store). 5. Packs and ships orders for delivery according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) 6. Inspects all incoming and outgoing (physical items vs descriptions on documents), checking for damage, defective parts and missing items. Inform supervisor if found any discrepancy. 7. Keep warehouse area clean and organized. 8. Reports to supervisor or management to alert them of any issues with receiving or issuing. 9. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. 10. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: 1. SPM or equivalent. 2. Attention to details. 3. Displaying good time management skills, including punctuality and limiting downtime. 4. Good team player. 5. Follow directions to ensure the right item get to the right place at the right time and right qty. 6. Displaying pride in one\xe2\x80\x99s work by consistently working hard and producing accurate results.
