Job Responsibility: Execute and perform all logistic relevant administrative tasks not limited to preparations of the invoice, delivery documents and packing list. Tracking on outbound delivery and ensuring meeting delivery schedule. Planning shipment schedule, liaise with factory for shipment schedule Coordinate closely with warehouse store hand and freight forwarders to plan loading and shipments before containers/transporter arrived. Problem solving on transportation, logistics arrangement, import and export matters, customer issues and capable to propose corrective and preventive measurements. Continuously improve shipping & logistic practice to ensure the department performed in most efficient manner. Oversee day to day logistics operations. Handle ad-hoc task as required by Superior time to time. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above in any field. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point. Knowledge in Incoterms, ERP Systems is an added advantages.
