Objective of job

Monitor and Optimize the logistic process, ensure the smooth implementation of logistical changes and the start of new projects

Principle activities

support the implementation of new projects
Plan, implement and follow up on changes in the logistical process
Work in cooperation with other departments and central logistics Germany in order to improve and implement logistic solutions
Work with customers and suppliers with regard to department topics
Technical change management / change evaluation
Monitor and analyze current processes
Perform Risk analysis for all logistic processes in warehouse.
Process optimization
Training of employees towards new projects and logistical changes
Establish and follow 6s principle throughout Logistic area.
Adapt and optimize the use of standard systems and processes
Create documentation and presentations
Determine logistic costs.
Calculate required packaging for new project or new volume
Calculate required space for new project or new volume
Plan milk runs (within the plant)
Plan / implement / train new process (for e.g. new incoming process, new commissioning etc.)
Support other departments requests from logistic side (for e.g. way of line feeding etc.)
Being involved in regular project meetings
To conduct weekly and monthly inventory count
To lead internal and external audit and follow up action plan
To prepare warehouse reports
To assist Logistics Manager in daily operation issues
Involve in the problem solving activities
