highly organized, team-oriented, and proactive Operations Admin Assistant
to support our fast-paced logistics and operations team.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate logistics software to manage and update truck or haulage movement status
Generate and compile driver trip records for payroll calculation
Perform accurate data entry into the logistics system/software
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Check, verify and update haulage records including container empty return status
Monitor PUSPAKOM and JPJ roadtax renewal due dates, and coordinate appointment bookings with drivers and operations team
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks when required
Follow up with relevant personnel / PIC for truck status updates
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field.
Relevant work experience in logistics, administration, or operations is preferred.
Computer savvy and experienced in using logistics software.
Friendly and approachable personality.
High attention to detail and precision in task execution.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Disciplined, independent, and reliable with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
