Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations and logistics department, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Track and monitor riders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Coordinate with riders and dispatch to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of goods.
  • Handle customer service inquiries related to deliveries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • SPM/fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Able to speak, read and write Mandarin, English and Malay
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, if needed.
