Logistics Administrative Assistant

Job Description



In-charge of outgoing shipments and preparing shipping documents (i.e. commercial invoices, packing list and airway bills)

Follow up and track suppliers' orders to ensure timely deliveries

Assist in receiving new shipments of products and checking them for accuracy and completeness

Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests

Arranging shipments, logistics and to track and trace consignments

Assist in maintaining stock inventories

Attend to various ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Job Requirements



Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistics Management / Business Studies or equivalent

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience

Able to work independently and under pressure during peak seasons

Self-motivated, responsible and attention to details

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
