Job Description

Handling daily administrative tasks, which may include data entry, managing communications, and preparing reports on warehouse activities. Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, which involves preparing and processing documentation like delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists for both incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring proper storage and organization of goods Prepare daily or weekly reports on all operational activities. Liaise with both internal and external parties on daily operations issues. Analyse operation performance and propose the solution for process improvement. Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superiors.
Requirement:

Minimum SPM with 1 -2 years of working experience in warehouse operations environment. Good knowledge in WMS / SAP Computer literacy - Good in Microsoft Excel Analytical skills. Must be able to perform multiple tasks. Must be willing to work in PTP, Gelang Patah.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
