Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact asAnalyst, Logisticon our S&P Fulfillment team inPenang, Malaysia What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve Take the first step towards your dream career This role includes leading daily calls with APJ supply chain and fulfillment, daily executive reporting for shortages, escalation management, executive Software & Peripherals Customer Experience metric reporting, shortage mitigation, lead-time improvement in coordination with global supply chain. Key performance indicators for the role includes POI, ship to commit, overdue orders and cycle time.

• Recognizes and acts on inconsistencies on key indicators such as POI, Ship To Commit, Overdues and Cycle time results and escalates unusual problems
• Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions networking with Procurement, Marketing, Sales and Logistics
• May set project timeframes and priorities based on project objectives and ongoing assignments aligned with the organizations strategic plan
• Manage APJ, internal customer experience and daily operation task

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge about supply chain, Import and Export, Inventory / Demand Planning, Partner/Distributor Management, order processing, sales and/or sales support related field
• Excellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, time management skills and professional attitude are required
• Able to multitask in a fast paced environment and exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing process recommendations.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree completed or in progress in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related
• Knowledge of Customer Focus and Problem solving
• Knowledge of finish goods and import business
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Korea(optional)
• Hands on experience with tool enhancement requirements, Process Improvement UAT and cross functional projects
• Technical knowledge on reporting and analytics (Power BI; Tableau, Excel).
