This role coordinates logistics and shipping by working with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.
This role also support projects, solve import/export issues, and help improve logistics processes across regions.
Preparing shipping cost reports, helping with tender processes, and negotiating payment terms with exporters and importers.
Ensuring smooth operations by coordinating with teams like business development, procurement, warehouse, finance, and compliance.
Supporting new country projects to meet company policies and local laws.
Working with HQ, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance teams to fix any issues or risks.
Providing project support before and after, including reporting and solving problems.
Collaborating with the Controller and Compliance teams in meetings with the Local Import team.
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners (exporters, customs brokers, etc.) to ensure smooth logistics.
Finding ways to improve logistics and imports across countries and regions.
Solving import/export issues and providing timely solutions.
Handling sensitive or complex matters with care and judgment.
Tracking progress on projects and reporting any delays or issues to stakeholders.
Assisting in the early stages of new country projects before handing them over to the Logistics Controller.
Taking on additional projects as assigned by your superiors.

Bachelor Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration or any related studies.
At least 3 years of experience in import/export trade, forwarding, project management, or related areas, with knowledge of shipment processes and customs clearance.
Excellent presentation skills and fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading); Mandarin is a bonus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude toward improvement.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.
Good at researching, analyzing, and using information for decision-making.
Strong project management and logistical planning skills, with attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, focused on resolving issues from different angles.
Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, HS codes, and international trade rules is a plus.
