Logistics Analyst

We are currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to join Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office.

Logistics Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Distribution Center - Monitor DC Performance and Daily Operation

\xc2\xb7 yearend stock count

\xc2\xb7 Perform weekly Stock reconciliation

\xc2\xb7 Conduct Daily Tier 1 Meeting

\xc2\xb7 Conduct Daily COO and FE meeting

\xc2\xb7 Bi-Weekly meeting with HON Buyer

\xc2\xb7 Monitor customer complaints related to DC shipments

\xc2\xb7 Assisting to raise PR for Freight and DC payment

\xc2\xb7 Monitor SAP WMS interface error

\xc2\xb7 SAP knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Customs K1 & K8 approval

\xc2\xb7 Non-PO payment request

\xc2\xb7 Assist in freight escalation

\xc2\xb7 Work with TMC / FFD / 3PL / buyer for freight delivery

\xc2\xb7 Monthly Accrual consolidation from all Freight vendors

\xc2\xb7 Other job assigned by the supervisor

Logistics Analyst (Warehouse, FORM E and COO)

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Distribution Center - Monitor DC Performance and Daily Operation

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with HON buyer for inbound COO & FE

\xc2\xb7 Maintain COO & FE inventory list accurately

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with warehouse team for COO & FE draft to meet SLA

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with HON CS on the COO & FE draft confirmation

\xc2\xb7 To ensure warehouse team submitting / colleting COO & FE on time

\xc2\xb7 Conduct internal meetings

\xc2\xb7 Daily progress status update

\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate information and update the COO & FE applications

\xc2\xb7 Maintain trackers to follow up

\xc2\xb7 Follow up emails & call with warehouse team and customer for FE/COO

\xc2\xb7 Weekly Summary report shared to Honeywell

\xc2\xb7 To review and update of all the procedures and work instruction for each process.

\xc2\xb7 To provide the solution of any operation issues timely.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the weekly production report submitted to management and customer.

\xc2\xb7 experiences in Trade compliance, logistics or similar capacity.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Shipping, Form E, COO and Customs

\xc2\xb7 SAP knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Other job assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications & Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Can converse and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to interact well with all level of employees.

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skill

\xc2\xb7 Good problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Based in Bangsar South office

\xc2\xb7 Possesses relevant IT skills in MS Office applications.

\xc2\xb7 Microsoft - Outlook / Power Point / Excel /Word

\xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable with WMS / SAP system
