Job Description
The Logistic Specialist`s primary duty is to ensure the delivery from Contract Manufacturer to Consignee on multiple metrics, which are on-time, cost-effective, time-saving etc., and transact the system correctly & timely.
Work Location: BKT MINYAK,BKT MINYAK IND PARK
Responsibilities:
- SO information collection & delivery plan.
- Flight booking & support documents preparation.
- System transaction for receiving, SO shipping and support documents collection.
- Shipment delivery tracking & problem solving.
- Logistic cost collection & analysis.
Requirements: (Please indicate whether Mandatory or \xe2\x80\x9cnice to have\xe2\x80\x9d.)
- College degree or above, major in supply chain management, business management or related field.
- Three or more years\' experience on import/export under manufacturing environment.
- Proven knowledge of logistic management.
- Working knowledge of boned process, logbook and ERP.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail
