• Responsible for incoming shipment database, with up-to-date information on shipment status by performing data entry and e-filing documents into database
• Responsible for coordination of drop shipments with relevant parties
• Plan and implement import strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization
• Co-ordinate with 3PL (warehouse and distribution) and freight service providers in traffic shipment and good receiving functions
• Responsible for on-time delivery of all incoming shipments locally and overseas, ensuring accuracy of documentation and verify compliance standard
• Liaise with relevant local authorities (NEA, Singapore Customs, SCDF, SPF, NA-CWC\xe2\x80\xa6etc) to ensure meeting regulatory requirements for import/ export cargoes
• Handle freight enquiry from stakeholders by providing analysis of transportation and cost information
• Work on cost improvement project pertaining to logistics operations
• Handle claim on damage goods with forwarders/ insurer
• Provide shipping schedule to finance in monthly basis for sales recognition
• Verification of invoices from vendors
• Provide weekly inventory report and monthly CCMS report
• Overseas monthly freight report and KPI from vendors for management reporting
• Support 3PL warehouse activities (eg. stocktake/ audit/ shipment discrepancy)
• Support on export shipment if required

YOUR SKILLS

• Diploma / Degree in Logistic, Supply Chain or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of Logistics experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Analytical thinking and conceptual skills
• Experience with Microsoft office and SAP
