Store SupportRequirementsKEY REPONSIBILITIES1) Unboxing the merchandise and shipment
a. Floor to be clear before store opening at 10 am2) Arrange the product stock to the selling floor
a. Take good care of the products and arrange it to the assigned drawer.3) Replenish packaging to packing station.
a. Do not keep excessive packaging and ensure the station is clean & and tidy all the time.
b. Alert the store team when the inventory is low.4) Repacking and printing price tags for products5) Picking products for order, overstock & stock transfer
a. All products need to be verified by the stock team before physically transferred out from the store.6) Assists with defective shipments after verifying by the stock team.
a. Alert the stock team when the inventory is low.7) Create TR for shipment (Defective, Repair), cut-off time:12pm
a. Communicate in group chat how many cartons for next day pick up8) Verifying repair item vs system and packing
a. Twice in a week but depends on the volume.9) Inventory check report10) Assists for daily checking of price tag vs physical item. (Open the boxes and check)11) 5s Housekeeping - After the reception and upon end of the work.Other Requirements
