Job Description

Job Requirements :



Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery. Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs paperwork. Track and update shipment status; communicate delays or issues to relevant parties. Assist in inventory control activities, including stock checks and data entry into the inventory management system. Liaise with transport companies, freight forwarders, and suppliers to arrange transportation and negotiate delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, shipping costs, and inventory movements. Support warehouse operations by coordinating loading/unloading and ensuring proper storage of materials. Monitor logistics KPIs (e.g., delivery accuracy, lead times) and help identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and safety standards. Job Requirements :



Min Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or any related field. Good understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and inventory management. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. Able to work overtime during weekends or public holiday
