Logistics AssistantJob Responsibilities

Coordinate daily delivery operations and update the system for delivery processing. Assist the Manager in planning and organizing the daily delivery schedule. Record and maintain accurate logistics-related reports. Update stock cards and inventory records on a daily basis. Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure the correct quantity and type of stock are received. Sign delivery notes and verify shipment details upon receipt. Prepare client orders by picking, packing, and loading stock as required. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse and work area.

Requirements

Minimum qualification:

SPM

or equivalent; higher qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields are an advantage. Proficient in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(spoken and written). Minimum

1 year of working experience

in logistics, warehouse, or related fields.

Possess own transport

and willing to travel when required.

Male candidates preferred

, willing to work overtime when necessary. Basic computer literacy, especially in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
