Job Description

Document Management

: Prepare, process, and maintain shipping documents (packing lists, customs forms, etc.).

Order Processing

: Receive and process customer orders, create production orders, and prepare items for shipment.

Coordination

: Schedule shipments, coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments (sales, warehouse).

Inventory

: Monitor stock levels, organize warehouse storage, perform cycle counts, and update inventory records.

Tracking & Reporting

: Enter data into logistics systems, track shipments, and generate performance reports.

Communication

: Keep customers updated on delivery status, resolve issues, and communicate with suppliers.

Shipment Handling

: Assist with receiving, unloading, inspecting, and preparing outgoing goods.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,953.33 - RM2,800.84 per month

Work Location: In person
